About the Role:
We are currently seeking an efficient and intuitive Full-Time Client Services Coordinator for our Honolulu office. This is an in-person position at our Honolulu office Monday through Friday, daytime hours and we are seeking a candidate who is available for an early morning start time. In this dynamic position, you’ll support business processing and enhance client service, ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional support they deserve. Your responsibilities will include a diverse range of tasks, requiring both judgment and initiative. You’ll work closely with TFG’s resource team to deliver superior service, making a tangible difference in our clients' experiences.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Interacting with financial advisors and their clients to process new business, secure forms, pull client reports and statements
- Assist with account changes and maintenance as well as research technical questions
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, client meeting materials and other documents
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials within compliance guidelines for advisors and clients
- Conduct research and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Manage and maintain advisor’s appointment schedule
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and coordinate project-based work

Requirements:
- Must meet background check and fingerprinting requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Customer service oriented with strong writing, speaking, communication and phone skills
- 2+ years of administrative experience (investments/financial services industry preferred)
- Proactive, personable, dependable, organized and able to meet deadlines
- College Degree or equivalent experience
Not Required but the following are a plus:
- Series 7 and/or 66 securities registrations
- Life and Health Insurance License
